The Thurmont Food Bank serves northern Frederick county, except the Emmitsburg area which has its own food bank. If you live elsewhere please seek a food bank closer to your home. Each household can receive food twice a month.  To receive food come on Tues. 5-7:00 p.m. and Friday 4-6:00p.m. Cars may line up 30 minutes before opening time. Please bring a picture i.d. with your current address.
